Meet our Founder – Sandra Silva
Sandra' Story
Sandra Silva is the founder of LinkSmarter, launched in 2023, and an expert in change management training, organizational psychology, and leadership development.
With hands-on experience across change management, coaching, and consulting, Sandra has worked with global teams to design impactful learning programs and guide people through complex transitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience, a certificate in Sustainability & Behavior Change, and is a certified Co-Active coach. She’s deeply passionate about helping people grow through change.
Sandra’s passion for change work began early. Having grown up in 10 different countries, she developed a lifelong curiosity about how people adapt—what drives resistance, what enables resilience, and how organizations can support their people through uncertainty.
Today, she brings that insight into every project LinkSmarter leads, blending empathy with neuroscience-based strategies to build resilient, change-ready cultures.
