Our Founding Story
LinkSmarter started with a simple belief: while change is constant, the struggle doesn’t have to be. Growing up in 10 different countries, Coach Sandra saw the power of adaptation firsthand. Her curiosity led her to Neuroscience and Organizational Psychology, where she uncovered how the brain handles change—and how it often leads to fatigue and burnout.
Leading and managing change is a crucial skill for everyone, as change is the only constant in life.
This realization led to the creation of LinkSmarter—a company founded on the belief that teaching others how to successfully navigate change with confidence and resilience is about transforming and improving lives.
